Elena is a PNW-trained stylist with a deep education in haircuts and color, specializing in mid to long hair. She has a deep love for a great bob, and nerds out on the science of hair and scalp health. Sustainable hair is her north star. She's a fringe queen, a product junkie, and the kind of stylist who gets a little prescriptive (in the best way).
When Elena’s not behind the chair, she's cooking elaborate dinners complete with home-grown vegetables. She also taps into Portland’s dining scene regularly and considers a great patio to be a perfectly valid outdoor adventure.
Kelly Picard

Before landing in Portland, Kelly spent a decade in New York behind the chair and in front of classrooms as a color educator. She is a color specialist - exclusively, intentionally, obsessively.
She has a gift for making you feel completely at ease, which is fortunate, because great color takes time. An avid birder and devoted eater, she'll order for the whole table and know exactly what everything is.
Rachel Mitchell

Rachel is a third-generation hairstylist who grew up on horseback in Mammoth, California. Training and working in San Francisco made her fall in love with precision cutting, but color is her obsession. She truly hits her stride when building long-term relationships through lived-in hair.
Portland won Rachel over with its perfect mix of city, nature, and architecture. Building ROAN inside a space like this one is exactly why she is here. When she is not behind the chair, she is out with her dog, Olive, who you might just catch at the salon.
